Kiwi As Kitchen

The inspiration for this sandwich came from wanting to use ingredients and flavours that mean something to my family. The corned beef recipe came from my nana and mum - they would always make it in the Crockpot with ginger beer, and at some point I switched it for L&P! It’s the sort of sandwich that reminds me of home, family and sitting around the kitchen table sharing good food.
